LifeStyles Furniture in Moline, IL is teaming up with their charity this holiday season to raise donations for area food pantries supported by Churches United of the Quad Cities. Donate $50 to Churches United Food Pantries through LifeStyles Furniture this holiday season and receive $200 off your Stressless recliner purchase from November 27th through January 18th.

Churches United represents over twenty Christian Faith traditions in the Quad Cities area which includes churches in both Iowa and Illinois. Founded in 1961 one of their most important community contributions has been in creating and managing a Hunger Ministry which reaches out to those less fortunate by providing food pantries and meal sites to help both individuals and families with getting food and meals who would otherwise go without.

These pantries and food sites are supported by over 100 area churches and other organizations as well as hundreds of individuals who help contribute money and food to these services. Scores of volunteers also help to operate these sites that are found throughout Rock Island and Scott Counties and coordinated by Churches United of the Quad Cities.
